About The Artist

Hello! I’m Cindi Kay McDaniel and I’ve been studying humans behind layers of glass for over 36 years. But, don’t let that number make you think I'm old school! I’m a hippie chick who loves to challenge herself with a strap around her neck every chance she gets. I also love to challenge others to look deeper to find their true photogenic selves because everyone has that place within them. It's my job to help them find that place and in some pretty fun and creative ways. I take my job very seriously and take as much time as necessary with each client to make absolutely sure we find that place that allows them to feel truly comfortable in front of the lens. You see, I'm on a mission with my work and my mission is to make absolutely sure that each and every individual who steps in front of my lens feels truly special, beautiful, unique, powerful and worthy of their shoot! Everyone deserves to feel equally amazing and my mission is to elevate every single client to reveal their beauty in ways they may not have experienced before. It is my hope they will take their uplifting experience with them long after their photoshoot!

I’ve taken my gear from coast to coast and especially love shooting fashion in NYC, ATLANTA, MIAMI, LAS VEGAS and more! I can always find an abundance of wonderful faces to shoot in my southeastern based studio. I welcome visitors from throughout the southeast and beyond. What incredible memories we make whether on location or in the studio!

The blessings have been many and I’m so thankful for each and every spirit I am able to capture in a special creative way.

OH, did I mention I absolutely love to dabble in makeup artistry? Most of my clients arrive pre-styled and ready to be photographed, but I’m a pretty accomplished makeup artist. I describe my style as 'natural glam', but I seriously thrive when I can go into editorial dreamland and tell stories that include creative makeup. I’m continuing to develop my very own cosmetic line and always love trying new creative looks with my clients!

From fashion shoots in the big city to pageant headshots and senior portraits here at home, I may just be your photographer. So, let’s get to WERK!
